UrbanCore
03 The studioAtlanta, GA — Since 2026

Built for
the floor

UrbanCore Construction LLC opened its doors in Atlanta in 2026 with a narrow idea and a rail full of first cuts: give independent retailers a wholesale partner that treats a garment like something that has to be built, not just printed.

01 Why we exist

A young house,
an old discipline

We're new — founded in 2026 — but the standard isn't. Between us we've spent years on production floors and buying desks, and we started UrbanCore to close the gap we kept seeing.

Too much of the wholesale market ships thin cotton and hopeful photography. We wanted the opposite: heavyweight cloth, honest construction, and per-unit pricing a buyer can actually build a margin on. So we source the material first, grade every run ourselves, and photograph each piece the way it'll be sold — layered, in daylight, working.

Everything moves through one roof in Atlanta's Perimeter Center district, which keeps our lead times short and our quality control tighter than a garment that has to survive a fitting-room afternoon.

02 How we work

Four standards,
no exceptions

The same checklist runs on a $30 tee and a $199 overcoat. The materials change; the discipline doesn't.

/ 01

Cloth first

We choose the fabric or hide before the silhouette. If the material can't earn the price, the style doesn't get made.

/ 02

Graded runs

Full size runs, checked for consistent hand and colour, so a re-order in three months matches the first drop.

/ 03

Honest pricing

Per-unit pricing set from real cost and real value — a higher price always buys a genuinely better piece.

/ 04

Floor-ready

Tagged, folded and photographed for your channels, so stock can hit the rail and the site the day it lands.

03 The short history

2026, so far

A first year measured in fabric orders and shipped boxes rather than press releases.

  1. '26

    The studio opens

UrbanCore Construction LLC is registered in Atlanta and takes its first floor at 121 Perimeter Center West, with a cutting table before it has a logo.

  2. Q2

    First graded runs

The opening book of outerwear, knitwear and footwear is milled, graded and photographed — the seven lines the catalog still runs on.

  3. Q3

    Wholesale doors open

Independent boutiques and streetwear shops begin stocking UrbanCore, and consolidated domestic dispatch launches from the Atlanta warehouse.

  4. Now

    Building the book

We're deepening each line season by season, holding the same build standard as we grow the range and the buyer list.
