Privacy

UrbanCore Construction LLC respects the privacy of every buyer we work with. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it.

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the contents of your order. Payment card details are entered into our encrypted payment step and handled by our payment processors — we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

How we use it

We use your information to process and dispatch orders, arrange freight, handle returns, provide customer support, and — where you've asked us to — send occasional product and wholesale updates. We may use aggregate, non-identifying data to understand which lines are performing and to improve the store.

Cookies & local storage

Our site uses your browser's local storage to remember the contents of your cart between visits, and standard cookies to keep the site functioning. We don't use these to build advertising profiles. You can clear this data at any time from your browser settings; doing so will empty a saved cart.

Sharing with third parties

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business — payment processors, shipping carriers and freight partners, and IT providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform their service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep order records for as long as needed to meet our accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your data, though no method of transmission is ever completely secure.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates, at any time. Email buy@urbanceor.com and we'll respond promptly. This policy may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the current version.
