Shipping

Every order ships from our warehouse at 121 Perimeter Center West, Atlanta, GA. Here's how and when your stock reaches you.

Processing times

In-stock orders are picked, quality-checked and packed within 1–2 business days. During new-season launches or large wholesale runs, allow up to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with tracking the moment your order leaves the building.

Domestic delivery (United States)

We offer three service levels, selectable at checkout:

· Standard freight — 5–7 business days, free on all orders.
· Express — 2–3 business days, $24 flat, fully tracked.
· Priority next-day — 1 business day, $48 flat, signature on delivery.

Larger wholesale orders that exceed standard parcel limits are consolidated onto pallet freight; our team will confirm the freight schedule and any dock requirements by email before dispatch.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. International transit typically runs 7–16 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient; these are not included in the prices shown at checkout. Enter your country, region and postal code exactly as your local carrier formats them so delivery isn't delayed.

Tracking & delivery

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. If a parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days and we'll open a trace with the carrier. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it's in transit, so please double-check your address before placing the order.
