Returns
We build our stock to hold up on the floor and in the fitting room. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
30-day return window
You may return unsold, unworn stock within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition — unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we've received and inspected the return.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If any piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, or you receive an item you didn't order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover return freight and either replace the item or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid. Please keep the affected units and packaging until the return is resolved.
What we can't accept
For hygiene and resale reasons we can't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, marked, or had tags removed, nor on made-to-order or clearance stock marked final sale. Returns received outside the 30-day window or without a return reference may be sent back at the buyer's cost.
How to start a return
Email buy@urbanceor.com with your order number, the SKUs and quantities you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll reply with a return reference and the Atlanta return address within one business day. Pack the goods securely — ideally in their original cartons — and include the reference inside.
Refund timing
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process refunds within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a further few days for the funds to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except on faulty or incorrect goods.
