Terms

These terms govern the sale of goods by UrbanCore Construction LLC ("UrbanCore", "we", "us") to buyers through this store. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Ordering

An order placed through the store is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and, where applicable, dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if a line is out of stock or a pricing error is identified — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown per unit in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes or duties, which are added or noted at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment method you select. Title to the goods remains with UrbanCore until payment is received in full.

3. Wholesale accounts

Goods are supplied for resale by retail businesses. By purchasing you confirm you are buying in the course of a business and that the goods will be sold on in their original condition. Volume pricing, repeat-order terms and freight arrangements for larger quantities can be agreed with our wholesale desk.

4. Delivery, title & risk

Delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect goods on receipt and report any shortage or damage as set out in our Returns Policy.

5. Warranties & liability

We warrant that goods will be free from material manufacturing defects and will match their description at the time of dispatch. This does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or damage arising after delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the price paid for the goods in that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Intellectual property

The UrbanCore name, logo, product photography and site content are our property and may not be reproduced without permission, except that buyers may use the product imagery we supply to market and resell the specific goods they have purchased from us.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
